What the programme covers
Dealer and workshop returns
Single packs from dealers and independent workshops are pooled into scheduled regional runs so nothing waits weeks in storage.
Warranty and recall streams
OEM warranty replacements and recall volumes get dedicated intake lanes, serial reconciliation and confidential handling.
Model-level valuation
Each pack is priced against its chemistry, module count and measured SOH using our model database, not a flat scrap rate.
Liquid-cooled pack handling
Coolant is drained and ports capped before lifting; glycol is collected and disposed of separately.
Structural and cell-to-pack designs
Bonded packs that cannot be opened for module harvest are routed straight to discharge and shredding.
Insurance total-loss vehicles
Crash-damaged vehicles are triaged remotely from photos and voltage readings before a collection class is assigned.
From declaration to certificate
- 1
Declare the pack
Share VIN, pack serial, state of charge and any damage or water exposure.
- 2
Isolate and lift
The pack is dropped on a rated battery table and isolated at the service disconnect.
- 3
Palletise and collect
One pack per UN-rated pallet box, restrained and labelled as Class 9.
- 4
Grade and settle
Module-level testing sets the split between second life and refining, and the settlement follows.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take a single passenger-car pack?
Yes. Single packs are pooled into scheduled regional runs, so the per-pack cost stays reasonable.
What happens to a crash-damaged pack?
It is triaged from photos, temperature and voltage readings, then collected under the damaged-and-defective protocol with rigid containment.
Can an 800 V pack be handled the same way?
Yes, with the same isolation procedure. Technicians are trained for high-voltage systems and use insulated tooling rated for the pack voltage.
