Scope
These terms govern use of this website and any quotation, collection booking or RFP submitted through it. Commercial consignments are additionally governed by the signed take-back or offtake agreement, which prevails where the two differ.
Quotations and indicative values
Recovery yields, residual values, second-life revenue and state-of-health figures shown in the directory, calculator and quote previews are modelled engineering estimates for indicative planning. Final settlement is based on measured intake weight, verified chemistry and module-level grading at the receiving facility.
Your obligations for consignments
You confirm that packs presented for collection are accurately described, that damaged, defective or water-affected units are declared in advance, that you hold lawful title to the batteries, and that site access permits safe loading of Class 9 dangerous goods.
Transport and title
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk and title pass on acceptance at the receiving facility after weighbridge reconciliation and intake inspection. Consignments that materially differ from the declared description may be re-priced, quarantined or returned at cost.
Certificates
Recycling and EPR certificates are issued against processed quantities after grading and refining are complete. Certificate previews generated on this website are illustrative and carry no regulatory standing until issued against a completed consignment.
Website use
Content, datasets and directory pages are provided for professional information. You may not scrape, resell or republish datasets at scale without written permission. We may change content and technical figures as processes and regulations evolve.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for website content is limited to the extent permitted by law, and consignment liability is as set out in the applicable signed agreement.
