- Company / OEM and a work email
- Predominant chemistry
- Pack count or tonnage
- Pickup city and preferred receiving hub
- Pack condition — healthy, degraded or damaged
- Serial ranges or notes for the logistics team
Serial lists (CSV / XLSX) are requested by the logistics desk after intake — never shared outside your account.
