Facilities need consent to establish and operate from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board. Consents should cover lithium-ion storage and processing specifically.
BWMR 2022 EPR
Producers in the state meet national EPR targets through the CPCB portal. Certificates are generated by registered recyclers for verified quantities.
Port shipments
